We provide modifications to residential and commercial premises.

Home modifications are structural changes to a client's home so that they can continue to live and move safely about the house.

Built to Australian Standards and Occupational Therapists guidelines we can provide a customised service to suit clients individual needs.

Modifications can include:

A comprehensive assessment by an occupational therapist (OT) is generally required before home modifications are provided.

Subsidies for home modifications, and a free OT assessment are available for eligible clients.

To be eligible for a subsidised service you must be:

  • A frail aged person or the carer of a frail aged person;
  • A person with a disability who requires support and assistance;
  • A person who cares for an adult or child with a disability

Major Modifications:

Some homes may require major modifications.

Typical major modifications include:




  • lowering of work tops, replacement of ovens
  • wheel in space for wheelchairs under sink.
